Your pipeline patterns were always in your meetings. Now Claude can find them.
Your meeting history already contains the patterns your team has been looking for. Which objections come up most. Which competitors buyers mention. What concerns keep surfacing across your pipeline.
The problem is getting to them. You would need to pull notes from every meeting, paste them into an AI, and do it one conversation at a time. Most teams never get there. They work off intuition instead.
Today, that changes.
What This Changes
Synapsa gives you the per-account view: summaries, AI-generated next steps, a full record of what was said in every conversation. Ask a question about a specific account and you get an answer.
What opens up now is the cross-pipeline view.
What objections come up across your conversations? Which competitors get mentioned most often, and what do buyers actually say about them? What concerns appear consistently across accounts that your team senses but has never been able to prove?
Those answers have always existed inside your meeting history. Getting to them used to mean pulling notes from every meeting manually and pasting them into an AI one by one. Now Claude reads directly from Synapsa, so a single question covers your entire pipeline.
What Shipped
Synapsa customers can now connect their account to Claude through the Synapsa MCP integration.
Once configured, Claude has access to your meeting conversations, the actual words spoken in every meeting Synapsa has recorded. Ask it a question about patterns across your meetings and it answers from your real data, not from its general knowledge.
There is no ongoing work required after the initial setup. The connection is live every time you open Claude.
What Claude can now do with your Synapsa data:
- Find patterns across your entire meeting history: recurring objections, common concerns, how buyers in different conversations talk about their situation
- Surface recurring themes: which concerns come up most often, which competitors get mentioned and how buyers describe them
- Search across every meeting Synapsa has captured. Not one account at a time, but your whole pipeline at once
- Answer questions your dashboard was never designed for: “What objections come up most across all my meetings?” “Which competitors get mentioned most, and what do buyers say about them?” “What concerns do buyers raise most often in early conversations?”
How to Set It Up
Step 1: Get your API key
Go to Account Management in your Synapsa account and open the Integrations tab. Your MCP API key is there along with the setup instructions for your client.
Step 2: Connect Claude
Claude Code (one command):
Open your terminal and run:
claude mcp add --transport http synapsa https://api.scheduler.ai/mcp/mcp --header 'X-API-Key: [your key]'
Replace [your key] with the key from the Integrations tab. That is the entire setup.
Claude Desktop:
Open the Claude desktop app, go to Settings, and click the Developer tab. Open your claude_desktop_config.json file and add the following inside the mcpServers object:
"synapsa": {
"command": "npx",
"args": [
"-y",
"mcp-remote",
"https://api.scheduler.ai/mcp/mcp",
"--header",
"X-API-Key:[your key]"
]
}
Cursor, Windsurf, and other MCP clients:
Use the Streamable HTTP transport. Set the server URL to https://api.scheduler.ai/mcp/mcp and pass your API key as a Bearer token.
Step 3: Restart and confirm
Restart your client. Ask Claude something about your meetings to confirm the connection is working.
What to Ask Claude
The questions worth asking are the ones that require reading your entire meeting history at once. These are answers no dashboard or individual conversation could give you.
Find recurring patterns and objections:
- “What objections or concerns come up most often across all my meetings?”
- “What concerns do buyers consistently raise in early conversations?”
- “Which competitors come up most often in my meetings, and what do buyers say about them?”
Understand how buyers talk about specific topics:
- “How do buyers across my meetings talk about budget and timing?”
- “What questions do buyers ask most frequently across my conversations?”
- “What language do buyers use when they seem engaged versus hesitant?”
From what was said and committed to:
- “What follow-up commitments were mentioned most often in my meetings this week?”
- “What types of things do buyers ask for most consistently across my conversations?”
These are starting points. The questions worth asking first are the ones that have always been theoretically answerable, but only by someone willing to read every meeting transcript at once.
How to Get Started
If you are an existing Synapsa customer:
Go to Account Management in your Synapsa account and open the Integrations tab. Your API key and setup instructions are there. The setup takes about five minutes. If you run into any issues, your account manager can help.
If you are new to Synapsa:
The MCP integration is one part of a pipeline conversion platform that records your meetings, qualifies your buyers, and drives the follow-up that gets deals across the line. Book a demo to see the full picture.
