What the integration does
Books meetings on Zoom
When a Synapsa agent qualifies a buyer and schedules a meeting, it creates the Zoom meeting and adds the join link to the calendar invite for both sides.
Records and transcribes the call
With your permission, Synapsa joins the scheduled Zoom meeting to record and transcribe it, so no context is lost after the call.
Turns calls into meeting intelligence
Recordings and transcripts are summarized and attached to the contact, giving your team a clear picture of what was said and what to do next.
Keeps context connected
What the agent learned before the meeting and what was captured during it stay in one place, so follow-up, routing, and rebooking pick up where the conversation left off.
What Synapsa accesses, and why
Synapsa requests only the Zoom access it needs for the two functions above:
- Create and manage meetings so appointments your agents book can be hosted on Zoom, with a join link on the calendar invite.
- Join meetings you schedule through Synapsa so the conversation can be recorded and transcribed for your team.
Synapsa only joins meetings you schedule through it, never your other Zoom calls. For details on how this data is stored and handled, see our privacy policy.
Set up in minutes
- Sign in to your Synapsa workspace at app.synapsa.ai.
- Open Scheduling.
- Click Link Zoom account.
- Approve the requested access in Zoom.
That's it. New meetings your agents book can now be hosted on Zoom.
How to remove it
- In Synapsa: go to Scheduling, find your connected Zoom account, and click Unlink.
- In Zoom: open the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage › Added Apps, find Synapsa, and click Remove.
Removing access stops Synapsa from creating Zoom links or joining meetings until you reconnect.
